Born in Vancouver on September 9th, 1975, Michael took to singing at an early age and was greatly encouraged by his grandfather. His grandfather would ask him to sing songs for him, and Michael loved accomodating him.

His grandfather, a plumber, was so confidant of his grandson's talent that he would do free work for bands if they let Michael sing with them onstage for a few songs.

Because of this early encouragement, Michael went on to compete and win in talent contests.

Soon competing in small competitions was not enough for this young man so eager for success. Michael moved East to Toronto in the hopes of furthering his career. Although he was merely a wedding singer there, this is where he got his big break.

By this time, he had made an impression on the great Canadian singer Paul Anka and had a fan in Mr. Anka.

While singing at the wedding of Caroline Mulroney, the former Prime Minister's daughter, Michael was seen by David Foster. Foster, immediately snapped him up and agreed to produce Michael's first major label album.

And the rest is history, as they say. ;)

On April 3, 2004, Michael won his first major award: a Juno for Best New Artist!

The following is the complete discography of Michael's albums and DVDs. Big fans of Michael's may notice the exclusion of the "Totally Bublé" and "Totally Blonde" album and movie. That's because Michael doesn't like it ... neither do we. :P Just because we own copies of them doesn't mean anything ... I'm kidding. The following is only a list of his official album releases since he signed contracts with Reprise Records. Previous to that, independant albums had been made of his music and may still be found out there somewhere. Where? I do not know. So ... don't ask. :P
